We went there 2 weeks ago and made a large purchase. We left one of our bags at the store. We did not notice this error until today. When we went back to customer service, they had saved our package behind the counter and apologized to US for leaving it. It was in no way their fault, yet they apologized to us! You cannot get better customer service than this! Excellent customer service. We will definitely make this store our "local store".

bought a new riding lawn mower and was told that I would be contacted by Lowe's delivery later that day for a delivery time for the next day . I had to call lowes the next morning and was told that their guess would be sometime in the afternoon but wasn't sure. they delivered it still attached to the crate and said it was the customers responsibility to un crate it not theirs. called Lowe's to complain about my delivery service and they said that was their new delivery policy . I told them that was poor customer service. they said that was the way it was get over it!! I said I'll shop Home Depot from know on. very poor service on lowes part!!!, also it was very dirty . they should have cleaned it up ! There again sorry
Lowe's in Bristol is neat and clean and so organized. I just could not believe it and the people are so nice. I live in Texas and the store was just elegant. The store in Lindale Texas where I live is jumbled and cluttered..
