I have rented from the Dixons for two years only because we could not afford to move . not one thing was ever fixed before or while we were renting from them there answer was don't like it move but prior to move in they assured us that just get moved in and they would fix it when there manager [ Mike Dixon ] had time to get to repairs only repairs were the ones we did our selves , when we moved into the trailer it was dirty and trashed after one whole day of cleaning and steam cleaning rugs we settled in only to have the nightmare continue for two years because of our money situation and that's how the get you the know it cost money to move and rent another place . And the moment you give them a security deposit you may have just as well flushed it down the toilet it will never come back to you but the Dixon's will enjoy your deposit .
