It is Saturday morning, I am absolutely appalled at your response rate. We have never received this "paperwork" from the Machine Shop that you claim you have... I will now remind you that we were informed by Michael that he verbally confirmed with us that the shop fixed the head.... never ONCE were we told that there was no need to repair the head.

Friendship Volvo in Bristol has a friendly staff and was very helpful in answering all my questions and concerns about my ability to even purchase a vehicle. Friendship is willing to work with customers of all credit types and will strive to make sure you are happy before leaving the dealership. I have never had such a great follow up after a purchase. I will recommend them to all my friends.

Based on all of the transactions between Friendship Volvo we have no confidence in the establishment. We are not comfortable having the car transported out there, doubt the competence of the work and the workers, doubt the honesty of the shop, the integrity of the work, and have no idea how long you guys would take to accomplish anything with the car.... based on the 6 week repair time that yielded zero return, while knowing that a mechanic went away to a 3 week school, putting our car on hold with ZERO communication about such.

We are now signing up for our second week of a rental car AGAIN. After the need to do the rental car the first time, making trips to Tennessee with promises the car was done on Good Friday and then finding out it wasn't and in fact was no where close. We have compiled a full list of all of the expenses from this car including rental fees. We will be reaching out to the Better Business Bureau, Consumer Affairs, and also an attorney. I also will be contacting Friendship on Monday and asking to speak to the highest ranking person I can to inform them of the disrespectful attitude, amount of unprofessionalism, and deceitfulness we have experienced with this establishment.

Been there 4 times. Once looking for a car and sales women said she would call when more inventory was in, she did not. Second while in the area decided to drop in, same sales women was packing her desk to leave. Third was for a 20,000 mile service that took 3 hours. Fourth was 2,000 miles later with four tires worn out on the inside, one had worn a hole thru while on a trip to Ohio. Note, there was no conversation after leaving after the 20,000 mile check of the dangerous tire condition. Service advisor was friendly and explained the tires were not covered by Volvo after 12,000 miles. Upset and in disbelief I quietly asked to speak to the general manager about a car with 22,0000 miles and 4 bad tires. He seemed resistant to any responsibility of letting us leave with tires in bad shape and dangerous to drive on which one went flat after 2,000 miles. Said he could replace the tires with Volvo's approval if they would pay for them. Volvo North America rep called us to say after she reached out to the general manager he didn't think the problem was there's. Your call, consider the mileage (20,000) and the price of a new Volvo XC60? Did I get a deal or what?

Regards

Great and happy people, walled in with question and they were answered in a nice and complete manner will recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking!!

We would like a full refund and possibly compensation for all of the money we've lost due to items that happened in direct result from Friendship Volvo. This has truly been the worst experience we could have had.

Good morning,

I have had a car in the service department now for over two months! !. I have never had such a horrible experience with a dealership. I have been lied to, not have been called when told I would. Apparently there is no one who knows how to fix my 2009 Volvo. I would definitely recommend to anyone never go to a friendship dealership. I guess I've said enough. Very pissed. Bobby
